Cabinetry, panelling and built-ins, made in our shop and fitted on site with mitres you have to look for.

Full strip-out to final seal: waterproofing, heated floors, fixtures, and a room that drains where it should.
Kitchen remodelling
Layout, cabinetry, counters and backsplash, sequenced so the kitchen is out of use for weeks rather than months.

A full gut and rebuild in a typical Brooklyn bathroom runs from the low twenties, depending on the tile and the fixtures. We give a written line-by-line estimate before anything is ordered, and that number is what you pay.
Usually four to six weeks for a full remodel. We sequence the work so the sink and a working outlet come back as early as possible, and we tell you which week that is before we start.
Yes — licensed in New York and carrying both general liability and workers compensation. We hand over copies of both with the estimate, before you commit to anything.
Either. We buy at trade prices and pass them through, or we fit tile you have chosen and bought yourself. Tell us which and the estimate reflects it.
The written warranty runs five years and covers workmanship — cracked grout, a lifted board, a failed seal. Call us and we come back. It transfers if you sell the place.
